 Terms of Use and Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. General Guidelines

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM


  • Age Categories & Rates:
  • Infants (Under 36 months / 0–2 years): Free of charge (Sharing existing bedding)
  • Children (3–11 years): Child rate applies
  • Adults (12 years and older): Adult rate applies

- Extra Beds: Extra beds or extra futons are NOT provided due to facility constraints. Please review room capacity before booking


2 . Cancellation and Refund Policy by Reservation Product

The cancellation and refund policies below apply based on the rate plan selected during booking. Please review the refund eligibility of your chosen plan prior to completing your reservation.


[Refundable Item]

  • Cancellation up to 7 days before check-in: Free cancellation (full refund)
  • Cancellation up to 3 days before check-in: 50% refund of the payment amount
  • Cancellation 1-2 days prior to check-in or on the day of check-in / No-show: No refund

  ※ This product is eligible for a refund without a fee if canceled within the designated cancellation period.


[Non-refundable Item]

  • Cancellation after booking: Non-refundable regardless of the time (100% of the payment amount will not be returned)
  • No-Show: No refund (No additional penalty is charged, but the amount already paid is forfeited)

  ※ This product is a special discounted offer and is non-refundable under any circumstances, so please make your reservation carefully.



3. Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information 【Required】

  • Purpose of Collection and Use: Room reservation and confirmation, guest identity verification, reservation-related notifications, provision of accommodation services, payment and settlement, customer inquiries and contact necessary for service use.
  • Items collected: Reservation holder's name, mobile phone number, email address, payment-related information, and information required for reservation and stay.
  • Retention and Usage Period: Data is stored for the retention period stipulated by relevant laws and regulations; in cases where there is no legal obligation to retain data, it is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.

Right to Refuse Consent: Customers have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, if you do not consent to mandatory items, your room reservation and use of accommodation services may be restricted.
